Position: Executive/Sr. Executive

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, & customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
- Demonstrate sales excellence through rigorous forecasting and hitting targets.
- Foster a collaborative & results-driven culture that encourages creativity and innovation.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop & maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Analyze customer feedback & market data to refine products and services.
- Help to set up a successful end-to-end revenue machine, including marketing, product, sales build-out, and underlying ops & pipeline management.
- Coordinates product team activities to ensure effective design, development & implementation.
- Manages all documentation related to the project as well as internal communications.
- Develops and maintains cross-functional business partner relationships to develop, implement & support effective operational readiness.

- Identifies opportunities & creatively works through challenges.
- Leverages data to identify gaps & opportunities.
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2-4 years in Sales roles within the IT industry.
