Job Summary 

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs, presenting products or services, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote the company’s products and services.  
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.  
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.  
  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and professionally.  
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.  
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database regularly.  
  • Follow up with prospective customers to close sales and maintain customer relationships.  
  • Address customer concerns and objections effectively.  
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.  
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.  
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.  

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).  
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, and customer service would be add advantage.  
  • Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

  • Customer-focused attitude with strong relationship-building skills.  
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.  
  • Good organizational and time management skills.  
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.  
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.  
  • Fluency in Bangla; good communication skills in English will be an advantage.
