Position Overview:

Role: Product & Customer Engagement
Location: Monico Bhaban, House No. 26-27, Ring Road,
Adabor, Dhaka – 1207, Bangladesh (Head Office)
Duration: 4 -6 months
Stipend: 7,000 – 10,000 BDT
Type: Full-time Internship
(with a high possibility of permanent placement)

The Essentials for This Role:

• Educational Background:
  Freshers from Business, Marketing, CSE or any relevant field who are passionate about IT and customer engagement.

• Skillset:
  Problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to think critically and devise effective solutions to customer queries and challenges.

We Are Looking for Someone Who Is

• Creative and innovative approach with the ability to think outside the box.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques, product knowledge, and evolving customer needs.
• Proficient in providing product-related support and addressing customer queries with professionalism.
• Articulate, presentable, and able to communicate clearly with customers.
• Enthusiastic about gaining new skills and knowledge rapidly.
• Skilled in creating engaging presentations and documentation using Microsoft Office.
