Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Trainee/Intern Social Media Manager. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, digital marketing, and content creation. As a trainee, you will work closely with our marketing team to manage and enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and contribute to the overall success of our brand.

Location: Monico Bhaban, House No. 26-27, Ring Road,
Adabor, Dhaka – 1207, Bangladesh (Head Office)
Stipend: 5,000 – 8,000 BDT
Type: Full-time Internship
(with a high possibility of permanent placement)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with content and design teams to schedule, publish, and manage posts across various social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and client inquiries on social media, ensuring a positive and professional brand image.
- Engage with the audience to foster community growth and build strong customer relationships.
- Collect and organize leads generated from social media into designated software or spreadsheets.
- Monitor and track the performance of social media content, analyzing engagement rates, follower growth, and other key metrics and discuss with team for betterment.
- Research and leverage trending hashtags, keywords, and platform-specific best practices to enhance content visibility.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Prepare performance reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media strategies and recommend improvements.
- Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative campaigns aligned with company goals.
Qualifications:
- A degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or any other related field.
- Basic knowledge of major social media platforms and their functionalities.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
