We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telesales Intern to join our sales team. As a Telesales Intern, you will play a key role in generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the business. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach.
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products or services.
• Assist in closing sales by effectively addressing client queries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM system.
• Gather customer insights and feedback to improve the sales approach.

• Work towards achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Running or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and able to build rapport quickly.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
