About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Intern to join our Customer Support
team. As an intern, you will assist in providing outstanding service to our customers by responding to
inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity
to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and learn customer engagement best
practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in resolving product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining the best solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM or support system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
  • Collect feedback from customers and share insights with the team to improve service quality.
  • Support the team in administrative and operational tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to documentation and knowledge base updates for internal and external use.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • A customer-first mindset with a positive attitude and empathy.
  • Basic knowledge of customer service software, CRM tools, or help desk platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
