Job Circular of Data Analyst

Position: Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help drive strategic business decisions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design, develop, and maintain FastAPI-based backend services to support dashboards, forecasting, and recommendation products. 
  • Perform data analysis, trend forecasting, and generate insights for business intelligence dashboards. 
  • Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate and deploy APIs seamlessly into the system. 
  • Build, optimize, and document APIs for data visualization, analytics, and reporting. 
  • Manage and monitor running backend services using tmux or similar session managers on Linux servers. 
  • Configure and maintain virtual environments (venv), .env files, and server environments for deployment. 
  • Maintain clear documentation of API endpoints, server configurations, and project structures. 
  • Handle Bitbucket/Git repositories for version control and deployment coordination. 
  • Ensure API performance, scalability, and security across production environments. 
  • Collaborate closely with the Manager, COO, and frontend teams to implement insights and features efficiently. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 
  • 1–2 years of experience in backend development, data analysis, or dashboard API integration. 
  • Fresh graduates with strong academic knowledge in data analysis, programming, and statistics are also encouraged to apply. 
  • Strong proficiency in English communication (verbal and written). 
  • Ability to think clearly regarding objectives, and effectively communicate strategies to achieve them. 
  • Understanding of how MCP (Model Context Protocol) works and how to write code for developing or utilizing MCP servers. 

Skills: 

  • Proficiency in Python with strong experience in FastAPI and asynchronous programming (async/await). 
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis, data modeling, and forecasting techniques (Pandas, NumPy, etc.). 
  • Experience developing APIs for analytical dashboards or recommendation systems. 
  • Good understanding of Linux server management, bash scripting, and deployment processes. 
  • Hands-on experience with tmux, systemctl, or Supervisor for process monitoring. 
  • Knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar databases. 
  • Proficiency with Git and Bitbucket for collaborative version control. 
  • Ability to translate analytical results into backend APIs and actionable endpoints. 
  • Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork experience with frontend engineers and data teams.
