Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily customer service operations and ensure service excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of customer service representatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline customer service processes.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Knowledge of IT and IoT products or prior experience in this sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Emails
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities. A great sense of self-motivation, ambition, and determination
- Proficiency in CRM systems and customer service tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
