Monico Technologies Ltd. is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships with our clients. We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Deputy Manager – Customer Service to lead and enhance our customer service operations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee daily customer service operations and ensure service excellence. 
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of customer service representatives. 
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution. 
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management. 
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline customer service processes. 
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards. 

Qualifications: 

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. 
  • Knowledge of IT and IoT products or prior experience in this sector. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 

Additional Requirements: 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Emails 
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities. A great sense of self-motivation, ambition, and determination 
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and customer service tools. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
