IT/Software products.

Position: Executive/Sr. Executive
Job Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Location: Adabor, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, & customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Demonstrate sales excellence through rigorous forecasting and hitting targets.
  • Foster a collaborative & results-driven culture that encourages creativity and innovation.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market data to refine products and services.
  • Help to set up a successful end-to-end revenue machine, including marketing, product, sales build-out, and
    underlying ops and pipeline management.
  • Coordinates product team activities to ensure effective design, development and implementation.
  • Manages all documentation related to the project as well as internal communications.
  • Develops and maintains cross-functional business partner relationships to develop, implement and support effective operational readiness.

  • Has a solid understanding of SaaS and subscription business models.
  • Has experience with small and medium enterprise deals.
  • Knows how to sell on business value and able to communicate the benefits beyond a list of features.
  • Proactively manages deal cycles to set up each stage for success.
  • Relentlessly sets & pursues short and long-term goals.
  • Identifies opportunities and creatively works through challenges.
  • Leverages data to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 2-4 years in Sales roles within the IT industry.
