At Monico Technologies Limited, We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about B2B sales, lead generation, and building strong client relationships. You will work closely with the Business Development team to identify new opportunities, engage with potential clients, and support strategic growth initiatives. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Research and identify potential B2B clients through platforms like LinkedIn and other online sources. 
  • Initiate contact with prospects via Linkedin message, email, phone, or social media to warm up the target group and introduce company offerings. 
  • Collaborate with prospects to understand their needs and schedule meetings for the sales team. 
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials. 
  • Maintain and update lead databases and CRM tools. 
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams. 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other lead generation tools. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative. 

Additional Requirements: 

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite & Emails

  • Excellent written and spoken English 
  • Presentation and negotiation skills 
  • A great sense of self-motivation, ambition, and determination
