Position: Intern – Customer Success

Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh 

Duration: 3 – 6 Month 

Salary: 3000 – 5000 per Month (Based on Performance)

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist the Customer Success team in managing client communications. 
  • Support onboarding and training processes for new clients. 
  • Help monitor customer feedback and prepare reports. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues. 
  • Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer experience. 

Requirements: 

  • Undergraduate student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude. 
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
