About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Customer Success team in managing client communications.
- Support onboarding and training processes for new clients.
- Help monitor customer feedback and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues.
- Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer experience.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
