We are currently seeking a proactive and customer-focused Senior Executive – Customer Service to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of service. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.). 
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues while maintaining a positive experience. 
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues. 
  • Monitor service quality and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. 
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior customer service staff.  

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in customer service or client support roles. 
  • Knowledge of IT and IoT products or prior experience in this sector. 
  • Experience in handling corporate visits and managing corporate field activities. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of teams. 

Additional Requirements: 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Emails 
  • Ability to achieve desired results both individually and as a part of a team 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • A great sense of self-motivation, ambition, and determination 
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and customer service tools.
