Monico Technologies Ltd. is a dynamic and innovative organization focused on delivering impactful visual experiences. We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphics Designer to lead design initiatives and elevate our brand presence across all platforms. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Conceptualize and design high-quality visuals for digital and print media including social media posts, websites, brochures, presentations, and advertisements. 
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. 
  • Lead design projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand guidelines. 
  • Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction and feedback. 
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve output. 
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and creativity. 

Qualifications & Skills: 

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. 

Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design. 

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects. 

Additional Requirements: 

  • Familiarity with design collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Sketch). 
  • Experience in branding, logo design, and visual identity systems. 
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities. 
  • Creative thinking with a problem-solving mindset. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
