Job Summary:
Monico Technologies Limited is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves promoting our products and services over the phone, generating sales leads, and ensuring excellent customer service to achieve business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
- Identify sales opportunities, generate qualified leads, and close sales over the phone.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with customer details and interaction records.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned.
- Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Handle inbound inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance and share market feedback.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
- 1 years of telesales or call center experience (Fresher’s with good communication skills may apply).
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills in both Bangla and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM software).
