Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and generate leads to expand our customer base in the local market.

  • Drive sales efforts for secondary sales and task management software, as well as custom software development services.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive sales techniques and relationship building.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales plans.

  • Demonstrate leadership qualities and mentor junior members of the sales team.

  • Ensure timely documentation of sales activities and maintain accurate records.

  • Engage in negotiation and contract discussions with potential clients.

  • Deliver persuasive presentations to showcase our products and services.

  • Utilize CRM systems effectively to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of 0-2 years in sales, with experience in software sales preferred.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Deadline-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Strong documentation abilities with attention to detail.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth and achieving success.
