Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for secondary sales and task management software.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate the local market and increase market share.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for custom software development projects, leveraging our expertise and capabilities.

  • Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and results.

  • Ensure timely and effective communication of sales initiatives, promotions, and product updates to the team.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to optimize sales efforts.

  • Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to track progress and provide guidance and support.

  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports for management review.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and policies.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospects and clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products and services.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of 4-5 years in sales, with experience in software sales preferred.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Deadline-driven with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Strong documentation abilities with attention to detail.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth and achieving success.
